Frequently Asked Questions
How do I reserve my date?
To reserve your date, we require both a retainer and a signed contract, which must be received within 24 hours of each other.
Should I book a Trial Run?
A Bridal Preview helps manage expectations and address any concerns before the big day. It’s also a great opportunity to get to know your artist. We recommend scheduling the Bridal Preview about 2 months prior to your wedding to finalize your look, test it with your dress, and accommodate any changes in hair or skin. We can also schedule a hair and makeup session beforehand if you would like to meet your artists. For out-of-state or destination weddings, the preview may be scheduled a day or two before the event, depending on availability.
Trial Runs can also be booked for Quinceañeras, Mitzvahs, and other special events.
When is the final payment due?
For Weddings, Mitzvahs, Quinceañeras, and Special Events on the Weekends, the final payment is due 7 days before the event.
Who can make the payment?
Payments must be made by the person who signs the contract.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Venmo, and Zelle. A 3.5% service charge applies to all card and Venmo business payments.
Checks and money orders must be US-only and received 14 business days prior to the event.
For corporate events, TV, or video production, please contact our office for details regarding payments, invoicing, and deposits.
Can I book partial services (e.g., lashes only)?
No. We do not offer partial or half services. All bookings are charged at the full service rate to ensure the highest quality and care for each client.
What will the artists need on the day of the event?
A clean area with natural light (additional lighting can be requested)
Access to a nearby outlet
Cleaned-off counter or table space (Hair: 2 sq ft | Makeup: 2–4 sq ft)
Chairs: Hair stylists need a desk/dining-height chair; makeup artists need a bar stool or higher (artist can bring own chair if needed)
We do not set up or perform services in bathrooms or bedrooms of private residences
What should I let you know in advance?
If Airbrush Makeup is requested
Any allergies or sensitivities for all party members
Requests for tattoo cover-up or body makeup (must be booked in advance)
Bridal touch-up services should be scheduled at least 1 month prior
How does tipping work?
Gratuity can be added to the invoice or given in cash on the day of the event. It is distributed evenly among the artists.
